    Hi Rog,

No, got back about tea time and don't I know it. Life is so uncomplicated there, I really can't see us spending much more of our lives in this country. We're an open minded couple and mix well in a foreign country. We could both of us have taken jobs that would have given us a reasonable income with a much better quality of life, and the prospect of developing promising business interests.

Don't I know it, Rich. I am now focusing my thoughts towards Italy.

Thank YOU Looby - I hope all is well with you.:A

It's great thanks, a few niggles but nothing I can't handle and a lot of that is down to your good advice and reassurance that I had the right to put the phone down lol ;)

    Congratulations, Rog!

I was at a conference with some people from the OR's office last week, and they suggested that they're planning to do early discharge more often for people who's affairs are uncomplicated, and all dealt with.

I think with their increased workload recently, they see no benefit in delaying discharge for the full 12 months.

My wife is Italian, Rem, we were married in Italy (a long time ago), go there several times a year (most years) and I spent January and February there, looking for work. It is difficult, but I'm more determined than ever now.
