Thanks Lynz - you can't begin to imagine what your good wishes mean to me. :A :beer:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Just curios rog2. Did they they send you a copy of the 'notice' filed to court, or was it an actual 'certificate'?
Most people seem to stress that there is an important difference, and the OR's procedures also say this.
If it's a certificate, the OR has saved you a possible £60. :jFree/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Congratulations Rog, I'm so pleased for you

You have been such a big help to me since I started my DMP, giving me good calming advice when I was getting hassle (as you do for so many other posters) so I'm glad karma has paid you back
