help with dwindling data on Samsung galaxy ace 2
My daughter has a smasung galaxy ace 2 with 500 mb data. This last month she has gone over her data plan. Its was renewed yesterday and the online billing shows that she has used 76.8 mb of that data already.
I don't no where to check where all the data is being used up?
Can there be something she has accidently turned on that uses data?
Thanks for any help.

There are plenty of apps that monitor data usage....I don't no where to check where all the data is being used up?
Smartphones normally keep using data without asking their owners. To reduce it:Can there be something she has accidently turned on that uses data?- When at home connect to your home wifi.
- Disable all automatic updates and do them on wifi only.
- Don't use the phone for downloading/streaming music/video when not on wifi.
There are other steps possible, but with 500Mb these have to be sufficient.0 -
Thanks, can you recommend an easy to use app?0

Updates of apps can be pretty constant .
