From an 11 page complaint filed against the FOS for professional Negligence,

I hope that it makes some sense as to why I am investigating the matter.

4/2/2013 Email from XXX to Ms XXX at the FOSstating, As re-iterated in my previous email I do not believe that this willprovide Mr XXX with the clarity that he requires however in the interestsof closure you may forward this information to him. (This is referring to thecalculation breakdown of my settlement) from XXX



8/2/2013 Email from Ms XXX at the FOS to myself sayingthat she can now confirm that she has a complete response from XXX,



it has confirmed thatshe is unable to provide me with a copy of the calculationbreakdown. And asking me how I wish to proceed. (AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THEEMAIL ABOVE MS XXXX HAS LIED TO MEBECAUSE XXXX SAYS I CAN SEE THIS INFORMATION). I require a full and properresponse to this and the reasons why Ms XXXX lied to me?

If its not bad enough that the forums get flooded with the Daily Fails BS, we now get infected with their dogs bodies.

It's not a valid complaint reason though, since FOS don't deal with the redress calculation. Why didn't you just ask your lender for a breakdown of the redress?

I doubt the Daily Mail will ever be publishing this!
