Anyone got a MAC code from EZEEDSL?

Has anyone recently requested and got a MAC code from EZEEDSL ?

If so, how did you do it?

Thanks

Go to http://portal.ezeedsl.co.uk/ and sign in with Username/Password that you were given when you subscribed. On the top menu select ADSL and go to Cease an ADSL line.

bob, who are you going to select as your new broadband supplier? - will you go for a 'package' that includes telephone?

Going with Sky as I already have a package so it will only cost me £5 a month.

  • HonestJohn - am not sure 'cease adsl' is the way to go, as this may invoke the £33.75 charge recently imposed on the 1st of May.
Think 'migrate away' is the option that should be chosen.
Note: the mini terms and conditions displayed with each of these options, slightly differ. Mike.

Yes. That seems to be the way to go now.
