All of who are well looked after and only switch between day and night shifts at short notice in exceptional circumstances. MOST people will struggle with sharp and rather drastic changes in working hours.

If it's any comfort look up the JSA rules, it depends on when you signed off but tbh you probably won't get sanctioned if you were only there a short time.

I've worked nights for five years and I agree that it isn't for everyone.

I would assume you cannot be forced to work nights by the job-centre?
