Cheapest camera phone, prefer monthly to PAYG

Can anybody help pls, Looking for a camera phone for my style conscious son, (13yr old, and is always right). you know the type. Anyway he is a very light user of his current phone, so feel trapped by the phone shops as everything seems to be £20 a month plus, looking for a cheap monthly line rental phone with free texts and maybe even free calls. currently paying £4.99 per month plus whatever the calls and texts are. usually about £10 total.................Anybody know of any better deals.......he wants a smallish phone, not bothered really what make it is. 0

It will be hard to find a price plan for £10 a month without it being a cashback deal.
This is a nice little phone that any teenager should like, it has a camera and good screen.
