I got so fed up with slow speeds from eclipse that I asked for a mac code ,but I cant find another ISP with all I want at the right price---When they send the code and I don't use it will they stop my service????

I dont think they will stop your service until you use the MAC code with another provider.

Check out this website and forum for other ISPs.

no,if you dont use the code your service will carry on as normal, after 30 days the code will expire and if you decide to migrate at a later date you will have to apply for a new code
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

Watch out - some ISPs only offer a MAC code for free once. You might have to pay for another MAC at a later date.

You could go with a monthly contract isp while you look around if you were concerned you would be charged for your mac code at a later date.

What's your budget? What are your requirements?

Ideally I would like to match the eclipse evolution 1 deal but without the silly slowdowns when it's busy.
    £14.99 a month
    free router
    Up to8Mbps line speed.
    2Gb cap---I'd like to raise this,but it'll do.
But most importantly--no traffic control-I want the same speed all the time.

    That's all:D

Some also take the request of a MAC as your request to terminate the service, such a Pipex.
It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!
