I phoned the number on the letter & nothing so I phoned again today & was told that they (DWP office) do not deal with the reports side from ATOS . I have an interview at the jobcentre & was told to ask the advisor there !?
Its as if they do not want me to see the 15+ points I have achieved from ATOS ...?0 -
Hi again, Have had a letter from Atos asking me to fill in a form as before?
As you can see above I was given 15+ points & put into wragg from the 13 April & told a reveiw around 29 November. is this a normal thing after 3 months, I have not been able to start my Psyio yet as I need shoulder & Spine therapy in each session & the person qualified has been off sick, so due to start this on 2nd August ...all a bit odd?
Wife phoned the DWP & they said as I migrated from IB to ESA its how its done but then went onto quote dates from 12th March to 13th September. These dates have no relevance at all as I was put on ESA on 13 April ,very confusing.0 -
Did you ask for and get the ESA85? At the end of the form it will give a recommendation from ATOS on how long it should be for when you should next be referred for an assessment.1234mas430 wrote: »Hi again, Have had a letter from Atos asking me to fill in a form as before?

There is no fixed time for when this could happen, it can be anything from 3 months onwards.
I'm guessing that ATOS recommended that you shouldn't be referred for 6 months so getting an ESA50 now falls within that time scale (up to 13 September) as the ESA50 is sent out about 2 to 3 months before any WCA would happen.
Edit: I've just noticed you posted you would be getting a review on 29 November. Did you get that date from an ESA85 or from a conversation with the DWP? If it was from the ESA85 (though the form doesn't give exact dates) you should have got the ESA50 around the end of September.0 -
Hi Robbie thanks for your reply.
The dates re: 29th November were from the DWP in a letter dated 17th April telling me that my ESA started on the 13th April, then went into the money side of things etc, at the very end underneath the column of payments it stated.
" The amounts on this page apply from 13th April 2013 to 29th November 2013.
Also as a footnote my WRAG advisor told me that its unlikely they will have a face to face again with me as lately they are just using the forms to evaluate people who have been to the Atos meeting before & were quite high above 15 points. He said that if I am worried about the form to make an appointment to see him & he will help me fill it in.
I have seen him twice & he has told me its pointless him seeing me as its obvious to him that I cannot work so he will not put me through it ??0
