Angela came over 1000% better than Martin in that one. Martin interrupted rudely all the time and he sighed in a really exaggerated way over one of Angela's comments. Whereas she just let him rant on, and then made her point when asked to by the interviewer.
Interesting to hear Martin accuse Angela of lying - I assume Martin has proof of Alliance & Leicester closing 'tens of thousands' of accounts for customers who have reclaimed? Somehow, I doubt it.0 -
its been a while now since the angela knight waffle,i watch it from time to time just to watch her squirm and smile at the same time,oh what fun,i had my own chance to question a high up bank official on radio 5 live with steve nolan two days before the supreme claptrap court ruling,i asked him two questions, one about overdraft charges and he said "they are fair and proportionate"or words to that effect, the second question was about missed direct debit charges and he refused to answer or discuss that question, very odd that.steven nolan put it to him that he had a point to answer, but again the bank official refused to answer,he has many things to hide i think !missed direct debit charges, very odd, theres no pain so how come the big gain,i.e £39.00 for a letter0
