You might find a lender willing to go with two years, a six month update part way through the year and accountant's forecast for the whole year, since the income is probably going to be quite reliable. But it'll be easier with a full three years. In any case, something to discuss with a broker nearer the time and when you can show the broker the accounts and provide whatever else they say will help.Thank you very much for this, I'll sort it out by visiting an accountant and get this sorted. It's gonna be a bug if I have to provide 3 years worth of info because I've only got a year and a halfs. ... I want to get on the ladder this time next year.0 -
