    You might find a lender willing to go with two years, a six month update part way through the year and accountant's forecast for the whole year, since the income is probably going to be quite reliable. But it'll be easier with a full three years. In any case, something to discuss with a broker nearer the time and when you can show the broker the accounts and provide whatever else they say will help.
