Not sure why people are being horrible to this guy. He obviously came on here for some advice in buying a house , not for being slated about his tax affairs. Think the OP realised now that he needs to pay tax on his income from his Ad sense business no need to slag the op off.

OP get an accountant and ask them for some advice on,tax, mortgage etc. and remove your post code from one of your ealier your post.

    Good Luck.

There were a few replies that weren't polite but majority of them were ok.

Calling ILW a clown wasn't the best move was it ?

To be honest the tax thing should have been sorted out when you first started with the adense thing, definitely would have been 1 of the first things to do if I was into adsense.

Because they go hand in hand.

The OP wants to use his earnings, which haven't been properly accounted for, to get a mortgage. That's not possible.

I gave the answer in the first reply and he still said my post wasn't useful. F off was it, it was the right answer to the question he asked.

I'm sorry I don't understand. What are people jealous about? The fact you owe a shed load of tax to HMRC or you work for Sainsburys?
    Total Mortgage OP £61,000
    Outstanding Mortgage £27,971
    Emergency Fund £62,100
I AM NOW MORTGAGE NEUTRAL!!!! <<Sep-20>>
