I love that in this sort of thread, the age is always mentioned

Why does nobody ever say '36 year old looking to buy a house'

I was 21 when I bought my first house, and I didn't feel the need to tell everyone that I was 21 and getting my first mortgage. The issues are the same whatever age you are.

  • Goldie girl i felt the need when i started my thread as (where i am, anyway) buying without parents help is completly unheard of.

First of all, let me say, there are some extremely bitter, jealous, envious people in this thread.

I did not know I had to pay any taxes on my Google income because I was thinking I do not have a business setup, and because google took their share of my income, that contribuited to the tax google pays.

Ok, so I have to NOW, start paying tax, I earn 3000 a month, how much am I likely to have to pay out of tax for that, each month?

The thing is, everyone seems to be small minded and not offering me any options about getting me a house.

If you are just going to lecture me and not giving me any options regarding get a mortgage on the information I have provided,
don't bother posting, I have better things to do then listen to bitter , jealous people not helping me because their envious.

The reason I also posted 20 odd posts because I wanted to post links to the property I wanted to.

If you are still in your employed job (which will be using your personal allowance) you will pay approx an additional £750 per month tax)
(based on comparing the tax on a £15k income with that of a £51k income)
Many lenders will want 3 years self employed accounts/tax return info to prove the income but some may take less.
If you are indicating you are only going to register and start paying tax on your self employed income from now then only your employed income will be used for mortgage calculations

Better sort out all the back tax you owe first.
  • I'll probably get completely trashed for this, but I think the OP is way too immature to own a house. sounds like a petulant child.

It takes all types to buy a house. But why anyone is wasting time answering him/her in a polite manner is beyond me. OP - don't ask if you don't want to hear the answers. Don't be rude to those who are trying to help you. If you really want to know, sort out your accounts and approach some mortgage brokers. Politely. Manners cost nothing but will gain you respect. Listen to what people are telling you, even if you don't like it.

I don't buy the OPs story. £3k/pm through AdSense is huge. I'm not saying it's not possible but presumably someone building a site / network of sites capable of earning that has some common sense whereas the OP isn't intelligent enough to recognise that as income.
