There is small print in our EA contract that says they must inform me if any interested partys are `known` to the EA

Oh the joy of cached pages! :rotfl:

Cached pages are fine and I have not thrown my toys out of the pram! MSE is an excellent site and we all have different views - I am entitled to mine. When Googler posted his comment it made me think and changed my view slightly so thought it appropriate to remove my comment.

I didn't accuse you of throwing your toys out of the pram; that was someone else. :)

But they could not possibly know exactly why you deleted your OP. Most go when posters are upset. Perhaps you should have answered googler first?

You have the privilege of being anonymous here. You are therefore quite right to consider the people you are identifying, albeit obliquely, without proof that they have done something underhand. :A

Sorry meant to quote Fire Fox for the toys & pram comment.

Another OP throws their toys out of the pram thread?

I am not upset and this is why I love the internet, you can ask a question and get honest answers which have a different point of view. Googlers comment made me think.......

Still won't be using Newmans or Shipways in Rugby though ;) and there is a property that Shipways are currently selling that I am interested in. Fortunately it is also up with another agent so I will give them a call .

Apologies for inaccuracy, but I thought you were, perhaps because you usually answer threads relating to EAs. :o

My post has been edited accordingly. :)

I often post on threads relating to DIY, plumbing, audio/video and computing, but nobody comments on what I may or may not do on those threads ....
