eBay copyright pictures

I had an issue with a seller copy and pasting my description. I sent them a polite message asking them to change it, but with no reply. I reported it to ebay, I ended up having to call them and they removed the other persons listing.
Whoever it was that said it wasn't a big deal and just to let it go, as someone else said when I posted asking what I should do about my copyright issue, people might assume that the person you stole the photos from and you were the same seller. I kicked off about someone else using my description as I wouldn't want to be tarred by the same brush if the thief ended up being a sh!tty seller. If some one can't be bothered to write their own description or take their own photos, whos to say they would be any more bothered if you had an issue with the transaction or even to post on time. Not to mention the fact that they are making money off your hard work and time.0
