The bit I understand to be an admission is in two seperate email correspondence where he stated the following, the first being upon finding out the ladder was stolen due to him not collecting collect as he said he would.
"So frustratingly this now means that I will need to purchase a like for like set of ladders, could you please let me know the measurements of the ladders that were left and I will source some for you."
"Thanks for this, in such a situation I am obliged to put you back into the situation you were before by replacing a used ladder for a used ladder."

So, do we take it that you have already previously sought the advice of a solicitor over this matter?

Ref. Refund of an albeit small fee £87. Paid for a LPA 'Service' sic. That was not implemented and subsequently aborted, as a result of prolonged Idiosyncrasy.

So because you had a bad reaction to a medication, there was no Lasting Power of Attorney granted, for which you had paid.
Before any talk of court claims, you should check the terms and conditions of the provision of any service to which you agreed and in the first instance refer any dispute to the service provider.
You cannot pursue "the Civil Service", I do not know whether you could pursue the relevant government agency or department. Even if you could it would probably not be a wise move.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0 -
So I won my small claim against my gardener for 10k who didn’t defend so won by default.
I’m wondering what I do next, if I get a warrant then what?
There’s a chance the address is now wrong as people move, anyway I can check current details about said person?0 -

Best thing to do is to instruct a High Court Enforcement Agent. They’ll transfer the matter to the High Court and get a writ. They are usually much quicker and much more successful than the County Court bailiffs.
It’s a £66 fee upfront which is added to the debt and then £75 +VAT for every address they visit and don’t enforce on.
Most companies that offer enforcement also offer tracing services, so if you’re not sure of their current address, let them know and they can usually track them down.0 -
Thanks, how do I go about instructing a high court enforcement agent?0
