Flight Delay claim-Help Please?

When I saw the EU ruling I recalled we had a 3.5hour delay on a flight to Hurghada (Egypt) fro Manchester a few years ago but couldnt recall full details. Have now got a translation of my passport stamp and we arrived on a flight on Friday 17th February 2005 (1 day inside the claim period). The real problem is we cannot recall if it was Thompson,Thos Cook or Monarch who all were scheduled to fly to Hurghada on the morning of that day.
Does anyone know how I can confirm which flight was delayed so that I can make a claim? Realise we will still get the run around as it was just inside the claim period but as all MSE folks know, you dont get if you dont ask. Any ideas? Thanks
