Help to buy list of available developments

Hi everyone,
I’m considering purchasing a flat in London using the Help to buy (equity loan) scheme, however I’ve enquired about a few developments and they all came back saying it was not available on the development.
Does anyone know if I can easily get hold of a list of developments where this is available? I guess at the moment in London developers don’t really need these schemes to sell flats…
Thanks in advance

I don't know what the developer gains by not giving HTB as an option. It costs them nothing, unlike NewBuy, where they have to pay into the indemnity fund, 3.5% of the purchase price.
The transaction is between you and the HCA HomeBuy Agent, not you and the developer, so I'd start telling them you want it, not asking the developer if you can...I am a mortgage broker.
