Anyone know if Virgin Mobile customer services is available in evenings or at weekend? I need to speak to someone about my Lobster 700tv not working properly. cannot call from work.
Grateful if someone could tell me. I have tried looking on website, but could not find details of 'opening' times!
Last time I called 789789. i take it this is the best number to call still?

    It will cost you 10p (flat rate, regardless of how long the call is) if you want to speak to a person rather than use the automated services.
