Thanks for the reply. Trouble is I can't see a way to upgrade to Vantage on the Halifax Online. There is no "Upgrade" button next to the account name. I am clearly on a Classic account with no Vantage.

I have just done the same, log into BOS Internet Banking with your Halifax login details & you can then upgrade to Vantage from there, hope this helps.

Thats why I said give them a ring. It's far easier to talk to a human than try to work out how to do it using online banking.
