Cheshire ISA - rate drop
parcival
Set up cash ISA in February with Cheshire at 2.5% as it was in the best buy tables.
Agreed, it is instant access and was warned that the rate could change.
However to find the rate has already been shaved to 2.3% after less than 2 months is annoying.
Presumably they are hoping that people won't notice or can't be bothered to switch..........

If you've got issue 1 you are still getting 2.5%
Issue 2 - 3 are at 2.3%
Issue 1 and 2 are no longer available to new customers.
Sound like you were lucky enough to get issue one before they cut it.0 -
Are you sure the rate has dropped?
The ISA saver Issue 1 that was available in Feb 2013 still pays 2.5%.
The ISA saver Issue 3 available now pays 2.3%.
