Primus Broadband

I always value the advice that I pick up from this site but I must share with you that all that glitters is not gold.
I decide to go with Primus as recommended as I wanted a Broadband only deal. The cost was £111 yearly paid in advance. I paid this in December 2012. I am still waiting for an installation in April 2013.
After 3 failed install dates I am sure that they have no customer care within the organisation and no one will take ownership of your problems.
I have also discovered that there is a connection with TalkTalk, so if you have had a bad expreience with TalkTalk don't go the Primus.

Hi
I know there are some negative remarks about Primus Broadband, Has anyone got any positives. I have O2 Broadband and home phone line Primus. I am thinking of joining Primus for unlimited Broadband.
Any advice.. Presently they are doing it 6 months free line rental and after 6 months £4 a month.. which will be lot better then O2.
