spv600 problem

i have had my spv600 on an orange contract for 6 months.the joystick on it is really playing up.where do i stand on getting a replacemnet?ideally i would like to change it for the spv 700 which has sat nav.any way of doing that?

    I have a sony ericsson that kept breaking just kept sending it back and thay kept replacing it but thay wouldnt let me change the phone or upgrade to another phone.sorry this doesnt help very much.
