Have decided to migrate from Orange, and was speaking to one of the recommended suppliers, whose technical help was brill. He told me to check all the phone sockets and see how they were wired and to remove any wires in any terminal other than 2 or 5. This I have done. Will speak to him again tomorrow.
so far the connect is dropping in and out but not as often. I thank all techies for their help and advice. It is greatly appreciated. for Nicki, depending on the belkin router mine is 7230 I found a hidden page which details the line status, this i have found to be helpful.0
