    Morning sunshine gang

Just another point. If only your face is available for the sun to shine on you need to make sure that your face cream etc does not have SPF in it, if it does you will not get the benefit. 15 minutes on unprotected skin will be a good start, the more skin the better so find a sheltered spot.

I've got 30 minutes before Ineed to collect DS3 to school for hospital appointment so time for a cuppa and to put the WM on.

Becasue we don't have a private garden I have to actually walk Dog four or five times a day for at least 10 minutes each time. I hope that keeps my Vit D levels topped up, but just in case it doesn't I take a supplement as well. According to a prog I heard on R4 a couple of years ago, it's the only supplement that most vitamin type researchers take.

Bossy Is there any chance that your emotional reaction may be linked to the drop in the dose of your medication? It can sometimes take a month or so for increases or decreases in doses to work their way through a persons's system. (((Hugs))) to all Moos.
