I placed my order three days ago but I have just had an email stating that they've cancelled half of my order including the 2 cot drawers, bargain sheets etc. Sadly my order is now below £50 so there's a postage charge added on.

Hiya, they "cancelled" some of my items bringing my total under £50 & therefore charging me postage. I called them up & complained that as it was their error I shouldn't have to pay & they agreed, they refunded me the delivery charge. When my parcel arrived all the cancelled items were included & I hadn't been charged for them. The bloke said it was a warehouse error & it might happen :D £20 of stuff free & no P&P charge lol.

As for whoever said about the depot. My parcels had clearly been thrown around aswell & they even managed to lose 1 which took a few phone calls to sort out, because my consignment was in 2 parts they wouldn't deliver 1 without the other.
    hugs

I've just received my order and am pretty cheesed off to tell the truth. I placed my order over 10 days ago, and they have just cancelled my cot bed drawer, which was the only reason I wanted to shop with them in the first place! Looking at my despatch note it is pretty obvious that they removed the drawer from my items to fulfill another order.

The other things I ordered were for presents, and I ordered them to justify the delivery charge IYSWIM. Half of them have really battered packaging and a few have obviously been opened and to be honest I would be quite embarrssed giving them as gifts, although the items themselves seem ok. They look to me like Argos returns or surplus stock. I can see that this is what makes them so cheap, but I think the company should make that clear.

Hi, has anyone bought this swing and can tell me if it is actually a baby swing or just a toy please?

Surely the doll gives it away?

Just a toy - If it was the real thing it would be Graco not "Little Tikes, Graco"

    bit fed up!!
ordered cot drawer and another item (crayola jewel thing-thought it would come in handy as a little present) for 0.99p, had an email last week saying that they couldnt fulfill order for crayola thing but the drawer had been dispatched, was ok with this as it was the drawer that I really wanted. Today I have had a rather battered jewel maker delivered, so something for 0.99p has cost me £7.98!!! I have weighed it and it would have cost no more than £1.84 to be delivered first class by P.O. Have tried phoning-phone line down so have emailed them- will wait to see if I get a response!

Hi i have to say i won't buy from them again, half my order was cancelled and they stumped the delivery upto £5.99!!

Cot bed drawer had damp all over the bottom and was all stained, the smoby kitchen has half of it missing, no food packets or instructions and it won't even stay together properly, my lil one isn't happy to say the least!

Customer service is a JOKE! phone at anytime of the day and just get answer machine, they can have their stuff back cos it's not worth the money, if it sounds too good to be true... IT IS!

ps im in scotland so i never got the £25 added for postage and im above glasgow/edinburgh

I placed an order yesterday, have ordered from them before and found that they reply to emails quicker then phone calls - I wanted to order the drawer for my daughter-in-law but its still out of stock so i stocked up instead on some birthday presents for daughters school friends, if anything turns up battered, its going back though when I had a battered item before that I ordered as a gift, they offered to send me out another one but it wasn't going to get here on time so they refunded me and told me to keep the item. This also happened with the story telling lanterns I ordered, ordered 6 and none of them worked on receipt, they replaced the whole lot,bit of fiddling about from dh and they others worked, think I have more than they do now!! The customer service is slow but I have always found them to be very good at sorting the problem out.

I emailed them bout my kitchen and they have sent me out a replacement free of charge and let me keep the other one, as well as charging me for the junior 4 stuff that says buy one get 3 free or whatever they have refunded me it back and have sent some more out to me as well, my cotbed drawer was riddled in damp so i got money back too.

I shall just wait and see if the kitchen is complete with instructions and parts this time!!
