Just an update,I opened my package and found that a swing seat that I ordered has been sent wrong,so have contacted the customer services department last night(no reply yet),does anyone know tha phone number?.
Also the jigsaw I ordered has now gone down by 3 pounds,will I get any money back(they do price comparisons with other stores).

amazamum: One of the items I ordered also went down in price after I had received it (see my post above yours) They couldn't give me a refund but credited my Nursery and Toys account with the difference.

I placed my order three days ago but I have just had an email stating that they've cancelled half of my order including the 2 cot drawers, bargain sheets etc. Sadly my order is now below £50 so there's a postage charge added on.

I receieved my order and it was 1 item missing and 1 item sent in the wrong size, so emailed them and they are sending the replacements at no extra cost to myself, and they aren't requesting the item back thats in the wrong size.
I've had great customer service despite the delay with my order. Not too happy with the delivery company tho, went to pick my stuff up from the warehouse and you should have seen the way they were chucking stuff off the lorry and accross the warehouse, it was disgraceful, and my package was filthy, covered in sand and battered, it was all well wrapped inside so no damage done.
Haven't had chance to open my cot crawers yet, hoping they are ok.
