Just recieved my order today,ordered on the 20th may, but with delays in the warehouse and bank holiday,at least it's now here.
I can't open it yet,well the kids are still up and most of it is for them for christmas!!!!!!!!!!,:eek:

my order arrived today, had email yesterday to say had been dispatched. very well packaged and brilliant goods.. love the cotbed drawer and the sheets etc are great.. the smiley nightlight is brillaint too and that's only a quid!

I am quite annoyed with this company, yes dont get me wrong some great bargains, but the customer service has a lot to be desired.
Basically I wanted one of the night lights with the smiley faces on, so buy one get 2 free. So I bought one but didnt get two free.
So I contacted CS who told me I should have ordered 3 and that is the reason I didnt get one.
I stated to them that I could not see where this was stated on the internet, they replied it was common sense.
I therefore sent an email back pleasantly stating that ok if I was wrong I apologise but as I spent over £80 would they send them out as a gesture of goodwill.
They have not replied after a week.
That is really bad in my opinion.

spent £150 , arrived one lamp broken, some packets ripped and oh my two drawers ahve gone missing. ive called twice today and been told to call again tomorrow. told drawers are sold out and mine no where to be seen tho man says they were on the van. hmmmmm.....not happy.

also charged postage coz some items were not in stock and took one bill under £50. and thats my fault is it ??? never shopping with them again :mad:
