  • I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that that is an urban myth.

    quite true epoxy is used industry wide, its a myth that the gov wants you to believe so we can be greener, using waterbased.

    declare as optional extra not a modification.. probably wont be a charge..

    i declared my spoiler on my xsara as such as it was available as an optional extra and wasnt charged
