Camtasia is good software. I checked your video and I think your accent is fine. My advice is to keep your videos as short as possible and to make it more visually appealing. Can you break up the video in parts or reduce it? Also check your stats for the video you've produced as "audience retention" is a key one to see how many people watch it to the end and at what point(s) people stop watching it.

With Camtasia you can zoom in so be sure to do this to make it more interesting and to help the viewer see what you're referring to. I would spend some time playing around with Camtasia until you've mastered a few of its features. Also, you should include an intro and outro ideally. Make sure the audio is clear too.

That's very productive advice, thank you. I will redo the video that I have made as I think I can add a few more pointers. I will take your advice on board and maybe break it down into a few shorter videos rather than 1 long one. Cheers again for your input, it's much appreciated.

Common Black Country accent is not that unappealing, plus foreigners watching YouTube love listening to people with thick accents x

Nothing wrong with your accent -however you maybe want to record it as you do now then overdub it with a better quality version and you can fix stuff as you go. Makes all the difference.

Definitely nothing wrong with your accent! You could do with a bit more inflection/ enthusiasm, but I suspect that is partly because you were going through the video slowly for clarity.

I wouldn't want to listen to a really super slick (read: voiceover) video about starting a business or work opportunities, it would scream slimy sales pitch which is not what I look to YouTube for. I go there for real people to give me their honest opinion/ experience/ knowledge/ advice.
