Who will create my YouTube videos for me?

I would like to create a YouTube channel and upload regular monthly videos. I believe I can create interesting content but my limitations are that I have an unappealing Black Country accent and I am not very artistic when it comes to using cam software. Also I am very time poor. I believe that if I am going to do something I should do it right and make a good job of it. I want my videos to come across as professional and not cheap and amateurish. I would therefore like to write my scripts and get somebody who is well spoken to read them with enthusiasm and send me their recording. I would then like to take some screen shots and short recordings of my screen as I navigate around my desktop. I then need somebody to put all these together to make a short 9 minute video which I can upload to YouTube.
I am interested to know where I could find somebody who could put these videos together for me on a monthly basis. I would also like to know what sort of prices they would charge. I am sure there are some tech savvy and media savvy students who could do this for me in their spare time and probably do a very good job too. How long would something like this take for them to put it together?

Vocal work picks up £50 per hour, video compositing could be less. Budget for 1 hour of work per minute of video.0

9 minutes is quite long in the world of YouTube. It does depend if the content is good enough though. Why not start slowly, get people hooked/subscribing and then release the longer videos afterwards as it may save you time/money. You want to ensure there is an audience that is interested in what you're doing. Out of interest, what is the topic or topics you're going to cover?0

It may be worth getting in touch with littlemissunidebt ( 1% at a time challenge host) as she does lots of creative things and if couldn't help you her self would most likely know where to direct you! She's fab!2012 '1% at a time' member 99 - 17% 1% = £167

Maybe your accent would be accepted by most and even liked by Americans
video work you should be able to learn yourself. I also have zero knowledge and no suitable software to do video editing but am sure I could pick it up in no time if I was to try. The software packages are quite user friendly I should think.0 -
YouTube is really all about the person and the content.
To remove 50% of that sounds a bit silly and especillay as you want to pay for it.
If you content is good people will forgive you being yourself and you will get better as time goes on (or not perhaps). Hiding behind someone else makes the venture doomed from day 1 I'd say.0 -
Thanks to all of the above for taking the time to reply. There is some food for thought. I have previously got hold of Loquendo TTS software which I considered using rather than a voice over but concluded that it would really be quite dull to listen to.
I had a go at creating a YouTube video tutorial for Matched Betting a few years back and it still gets a small amount of views per day. Each time I listen back I cringe at my accenthowever the feedback was all positive and I didn't get trolled about the voice which was a bonus
, perhaps the majority of us have an issue with listening to ourselves played back anyway?
My videos are to be based on alternatives to the mundane working life for those who are trapped in a job that depresses them, or for stay at home moms to earn some extra cash, or for those who are finding it difficult to find work. I will highlight just how easy it is to set up your own business and I will advise on legalities and tax efficiencies. I want to inspire people to make their own dreams come true rather than going to work for somebody on minimum wage and making their employers dreams come true. We all have options and I want to demonstrate these options in the way of YouTube videos. When I graduated from university I was out of work for 6 months, but rather than be defeated I thought outside the box of ways to generate income. If I hadn’t have done that I wouldn’thave afforded my mortgage and I would have lost my home. From my previous efforts I continue to earn around £500 a month from a website which I created, which now requires little of my time. This is obviously on top of the salary from my main employment. I am now in a position where I have dropped a day at work to concentrate on studying for a professional CIMA qualification and do a bit of YouTube marketing to generate further income. I want to demonstrate that anybody can do this based on their own interests, talents, abilities and hobbies. If I can do it anybody can and they can do it even better than me.
My concern is that it is proven in surveys that the Black Country accent is perceived as the least intelligent accent in Britain. So although I am a Finance Manager and have a 1st Class Hons degree in accountancy I am not sure I will be taken seriously as my voice lets me down. If I wrote the scripts and used somebody who was better-spoken then perhaps more people would subscribe. I don’t think I am allowed to post a link to my video but if you search YouTube for “A guide to 100% risk free gambling loophole 'Matched Betting'” then you can judge my accent for yourselves. This video needs to be redone and updated as well, perhaps also by a voice over.
The Cam software that I have installed is Camtasia Studio 7, this is what I will be using for future YouTube videos. If you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0 -
Hope the CIMA is going well, I'm off to college today for my revision course! I love it but my head hurts!2012 '1% at a time' member 99 - 17% 1% = £167

It was going well until 22nd March when my bundle of joy was bornso my head hurts as well but for different reasons
I haven't touched the books since, I am going to pick it back up tomorrow for a few hours.
I got 5 exemptions because I went through uni so just have the 4 to do now. I am studying C5 which is great in parts but can become quite dry. How are you studying? I chose distant learning with KaplanIf you wish in this world to advance, your merits you're bound to enhance; You must stir it and stump it, and blow your own trumpet, or trust me, you haven't a chance.0 -
You could do something about your own voice if it bothers you. Voice coaching or whatever it's called. It might even be cheaper than paying for voice overs in the long run.One by one the penguins are slowly stealing my sanity.0
