I have just discovered a buyer has bought from me before. When I checked her items my item was very recognizable as it is two toned and she is selling it for more. Is this ethical and should I just grin and bear it or complain to Ebay?

Don't grin and bear it - don't look.

They can ask what they like of course. Have you looked at their sold prices? If they are getting higher prices than you, maybe you can get some tips from their listings to improve yours.

Surely this should actually read as:
Buyer selling their items for higher price.

  • It should most definitly read buyer selling their item, its no longer yours/your concern

Nothing wrong with that at all. They obviously think you're not selling them for the right price and there's a profit to be made.

An old workmate once sold me her nintendo wii for £40 because I mentioned I wanted to get one. She'd got it for free with a contracted phone and already had one. I happily bought it off her....the next day I sold it for its going price on ebay which at the time was around £100 or something. Should I feel bad? no. I didn't ask for her charity, she should of just sold it properly herself. Can't blame people for spotting a profit to be made.
