Buyer selling my items for higher price

I have just discovered a buyer has bought from me before. When I checked her items my item was very recognizable as it is two toned and she is selling it for more. Is this ethical and should I just grin and bear it or complain to Ebay?

Complain about what exactly?

She's OFFERING to sell it for more - she hasn't sold it yet!I have just discovered a buyer has bought from me before. When I checked her items my item was very recognizable as it is two toned and she is selling it for more. Is this ethical and should I just grin and bear it or complain to Ebay?
One of those things! Nothing you can do - apart from not list too cheaply.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

If you sold it at a price you were happy with, I cant see what the problem is. The new owner can do what they like with it seeing as it belongs to them.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
It's business, and the world would be out of work if we could do something about this.

Bit like selling at a car boot when other sellers buy your items then sell them at a higher price, its just business.0

Do you sell things for more than you bought them for ...?0

Ive read some daft posts im my time - but someone buys to sell at a profit? Oh my, the Ebay office would be rolling around in fits of laughter.0

I would complain to Ebay, they won't be pleased with a seller selling at a profit;)I have just discovered a buyer has bought from me before. The only possible problem would be if they were selling using your description or pictures.
Another of several posts on here which show why Ebay have such a poor customer service. They would have to pay someone to answer a call or email asking if it is ok that someone has bought something and is now selling it..0 -
I`m not sure what it is you think you have to complain about tbh.I have just discovered a buyer has bought from me before. Sounds a little like sour grapes to me as they may get a higher price than you did for the item.0 -
Are they registered as a business seller?
ebay terms state:You should register as an eBay business if you:
sell items that you have bought to resell
Could be a legitimate complaint if they make a habit of it.0
