Fixed Rate ISA Question

Apologies if this has been answered before but I'm fairly new to managing to save via an ISA.

I am looking to open a Santander 2 year fixed rate 3% ISA. Can I still open a new ISA with a different provider next financial year (2014/15) or do I have to remain with Santander for a 2 year period?

Remember you cannot pay (or transfer) anything into that ISA beyond May 30 2013.

Deposits for 2013/14 tax year can be made up to and including 30 May 2013. No subsequent additional deposits.

And if you haven't maxed it out by then, you can't save any more money into any ISA in the current tax year.

I shall be paying in the full 2013/14 allowance when I open the account - if I can manage to get an appointment at my local Santander branch next week.

You could just use a Faster Payment, or an internal transfer from your 123? Don't need any appointments.
