I specifically e-mailed them about this before I bought my Samsung Note phone and they replied saying I got a full 12month amazon warranty, which would be a refund or repair as they are not able to replace warehouse items. Not as good as Samsung's own 2yr warranty but I was happy for the price reduction over new.

Either they gave me the wrong info or they gave you it.

It definitely used to say 90 days seems they have changed it to this

"Please note that used products are not covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

If a product becomes defective after 30 days you won't be able to return it using our online return centre. You may wish to visit the manufacturer's website or contact them directly as they may be able to offer troubleshooting and support with the issue you have with the product. Alternatively, please contact us."
