Amazon Warehouse

Hi,

Has anyone purchased from the Amazon warehouse?

I notice they have different categories, like new, good ect...

Anyone with any experiences?

Thanks.

Yes - anything I have bought has been good as new. Have only ever bought "very good and "like new" though.

There have been threads before with some saying it is a bit hit & miss e.g. they have had "good" items which have been in better condition than "like new" things.

It's all covered by Amazon 30 day refund so if it's not to your liking, you can return.
  • Again I've bought like/as new and you wouldn't have been able to tell it wasn't. Most as new were probably distant selling regulations returns where the product was fine for the customer simply changed their mind.

I've done really well on Amazon Warehouse. I have bought boots "as new" and two out of the three pairs I bought were perfect - could not fault in any way and half the price from the main site. Third pair were quite patchy in colour so looked like an odd pair, nothing wrong except the colour so sent them back via the courier, the parcel was delivered back to Amazon the following day and the refund email came the third day - amazing. I always check out Amazon Warehouse first
to see if I will be lucky with size, colour etc., before I pay the full whack.

I find Amazon pretty brilliant to deal with for faults, irrespective of any official warranty period. I guess they know showing a little goodwill is far more cost effective than a small claims action ;)
