Using A Mobile Phone As A Dial Up Connection

Basically you will be charged at a local call rate tariff which will, be dependent on the time of day. Other factors to take into account is the data transfer rate of the phone. I've used mobiles for dial up in the past but at 14400kbs it's painfully slow...ideal for just going online to check emails but anything else

It will depend on your tariff plan but will not come from your included minutes unless on an OVP O2 plan. There is no local call rate on a mobile, nor will it depend on the time of day. The best thing would be to ask Orange customer services.0
