Downloading more than 40GB is illegal! LOL

Was on the phone to a o2 cpw rep today discussin my mobile contract, and as always at the end, the salesmanship starts!
And this was the most amusing of them all. He wanted me to subscribe to Talk Talk Broadband and the usual conversation started regarding prices, and convenience. And then came the issue of usage caps which I promptly asked him about. Doesn't mention anything at first, and then suddenly the light of realisation flashes, and he mentions "Oh yes, we do have a download cap of 40GB" .. and I am like "That's not enough at all for me, me being a heavy user and all" ..
His response was "If you are downloading more than 40GB, then its illegal!" :rotfl:
I couldn't stop cracking up and ended up saying "I should be in Jail right now for downloading over 200GB!"
These guys must be getting very good commissions to come up with such desperate last measures of convincing customers!

Play loads of games, and most game demos nowdays are easily between 350-500 megs, game patches, and well, the connection is shared between three other computers. So there's a lot of activity! And I suppose you haven't heard of binary newsgroups either, eh?
