Cannot print out E-Mails on MSN

Can someone help me out here , l have windows vista and l have documents sent to my MSN inbox that need printing out but l do not know how to do it..
If the documents came to the inbox direct on screen l know how to print out but they have come as PDF Files and it says download as zip?... l do not know how to do this, all l want is for the documents to be shown in the inbox to print..
How can l do this...
Also it shows a red box with a cross where pictures should be..

Have you a PDF reader installed?
It is this that will open the attachment and allow you to print the content - use the free Adobe Reader program.0 -
