i would report him to tax man and council, if he mobile mac he should not be running a buisness from home, nor should he be repairing them from home, he would either be forced to close down and also pay tax,
my ex partner used to sell cars from home and that stopped,
sorry about my spelling, but report him0 -

Yahtzee
He / she did start that thread off complaining they were Polish so I think we have the full house now.
So to summarise. The OP fell out with the neighbours for their last house, and have now fallen out with their neighbours for their new house.- Reported them to the police
- Reported them to the council
- Reported them to the tax office
- Snooped on them going about their daily business
- Spread rumours about pecuniary dishonesty
- Spread rumours about benefit fraud
- Taken registration numbers of all their visitors
Crikey, wherever you do move to spellkaster, I hope its nowhere near me.0 -

Speak to your local councillor. They'll know exactly who to call.
Thanks, I intend to!!
I didnt buy a house to have problems with a mobile mechanic!!
I have read the legislation under Under section 4 of the Clean Neighbourhoods Act 2005 and it does appear he has breached this, so I will quteo this Act to the Councillor.
Basically we just simply did not know about him before we moved in, yes we came round at all times of the day and weekends to check the area out, and we never saw anything at the time!!
We started having problems soon after moving in, with parking, dumping vehicles on the grass verge outside our house, the list is endless.
Its also the environmental damage he is causing i.e spillages of oil all over the road and public footpath, plus there is a concern over how he is disposing of the old oil.
Then there is noise pollution too of revving up vehicless, its going to get worse when summer is finaly (what summer lol) here.0 -
Maybe, just maybe, he hadnt started out as a 'Mobile Mechanic' before you had moved in.. Hence why you had not seen him about previously. If so how would the previous occupiers know about this?
Personally I'd be less worried about reporting him and more worried about getting 'mates' rates!0 -

(My bolding)
If all the evidence suggests that the problems started AFTER you moved in, why on earth are you suddenly trying to pin something on the vendor, who presumably DIDN'T have a problem to disclose?
Hilarious thread :T0 -
You need to address the issues with the mobile mechanic, not trying to pursue the previous owner for damages. This is what it's all about right, compensation of some kind?
You don't stand a chance of proving this was happening before you moved in, especially if you visited the property multiple times and it only began once you moved in.0 -
Can't you (or the council) plant trees/bushes on the grass verge to stop him parking his vehicles there?0
-
You really do need help with sorting it out.....
Go and see a doctor..It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
