As above you only have to declare official neighbourly disputes.
It's not a vendors job to save a buyer doing their own research.
Also can you substantiate all the claims you make about your neighbour

As most posters have stated, probably nothing that can be done regarding failure to disclose when property was purchased.

Suggest if this is a problem to OP do a web search for "repairing vehicles on highway", numerous hits all leading to Under section 4 of the Clean Neighbourhoods Act 2005

Others have pointed OP in the same direction

    Try

    http://archive.defra.gov.uk/environment/quality/local/legislation/cnea/documents/vehicles.pdf

Print off most relevant and take the matter up with local council / Councillors

Surely the point is that if the vendor had no problems with the neighbour there can't be a failure to disclose.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)

It usually takes about 8 - 12 weeks to go from offer to completion, in this time OP if you never saw a problem with your mechanic neighbour then there probably was no problem.

Did you see cars being hammered at the side of the road or vehicles left at the verge then?

I have read your replies to the questions other posters have written and you just don't get it do you, I will say it again, they probably didn't have a problem!

We simply would not have bought knowing this mechanic was 3 doors away.

This may come as a shock but there is no law that says a seller must inform the buyer regarding local mechanics. Instead of wasting your time trying to blame others for your failure to check the local area, why not try to resolve the situation yourself?

My husband and I purchased our house 2 years ago.

So you decided to get married then, you were splitting up a month ago.
I currently live with my partner.

I have decided after 10 years, and his behaviour, I've really had enough.

I am currently on cont based ESA support group, and get DLA.

I have no assets or saving (my partner has helped put me in debt to the tune of £14K).

I am on an IVA as well.

So I need to ask; I want to move out as his behaviour is also affecting my health and for sanity sake I need my own space.

I need to know what benefits I can claim, and what social housing I would be entitled to (if any).

Would housing benefit pay for me to live in private accommodation?

I'm really confused as to what help I am entitled to?

Some of the OP's other recent posts make interesting reading.
i have around £14K of outstanding debt.

i live with a partner (he does not know my financial situation).

the property is in his sole name only.

i have not contributed financialy to the upkeep of the property and i have not helped pay the mortgage.

i am not on the titled deed of the property.
