Carpet fitting question

A pole mark can look like a crease, look at this http://www.kingsinteriors.co.uk/flooring/help-and-advice/joins-pole-marks It should settle down in 6-8 weeks, if that's what it is. Ring the shop and get them to come out and inspect it, they'll know at first glance what the problem is.
If the shop organised the fitter, whether he's a subbie or employee, it's the shop's responsibility to sort it.Bulletproof0 -
Thanks Tru. Its all sorted now. I complained to the shop, they got on to the fitter and he sent a guy out to fix it. Didn't come himself but anyway, I'm happy enough now:smileyhea A SMILE COSTS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING0
