    but for the peace of mind £25 is well worth paying , i would have thought!

    When we bought our current property, our solicitor carried out a ChancelCheck search for £15 plus vat. We received a certificate confirming the property had no record of risk of chancel repair liability.
    "Put the kettle on Turkish, lets have a nice cup of tea.....no sugars for me.....I'm sweet enough"
  • I realise this post is a little old now, but wanted to confrm the price we paid for insurance is because we know we have chancel repair responsibility. Never been claimed as yet.
