Same has happened to me a few times. The money comes out of my account on one day then takes 9 or 10 days for it to "clear"! Where is this money, surely it's not in limbo for that long (it would be quicker to post and have a cheque cleared).
I think Paypal are deliberately taking their time on money transfers so that it boosts their account balance for a short while and they gain the interest.
Someone should really have a look into this.0
