eBay Account Wrongly Suspended - Help!

I gave up with the customer services dept, who were clearly just reading from scripts and had no authority to do anything.

I wrote a paper letter and included a screenshot of the other user's account from the "MyWorld" community page which showed it was based in the USA. I sent it recorded delivery to the two eBay addresses I found online:

eBay UK Ltd, Complaints Department
PO Box 659, Richmond-upon-Thames
Surrey, TW9 1TX

and

eBay (UK) LTD,
P.O. Box 9473
Dublin 15
Ireland

I have never received any response, and log into eBay every day to see if anything's changed. Today I logged in and there is no message from eBay, BUT the selling restriction has been lifted and I can sell again.
