Telco - should I be worried?

I have taken out an 18 month free line rental deal (£40 pcm with cashback) with a mobile phone dealership called Telco Ltd, based in Hampshire.
I am now concerned that if they go bust, I will not get my cashback and will be liable for £720 to Orange.
Has anyone heard of them? Should I be worried?
And can I cancel now that I have ressed the SIM card out of its credit-card style home?
