Best cash ISA rates for transfer?

I know there are a lot of threads on this already so sorry if this is a repeat question!
I have topped up my cash ISA with the full allowance for this year and have just over £25,500 in it. I was hoping this would give me access to some good ISA rates.. however, my interest has been dropped from 2.5% in 2012/13 to only 1.7% for this financial year  so I am looking to transfer this to get a better rate ASAP.
The problem is that I can't seem to find good ISA rates this year at all and the ones I do find either don't allow transfers or don't reward for higher amounts of savings. I was really hoping that bringing myself above the £25,000 mark would open up a few more doors for me!
Are there any decent rates out there for savings of this amount, or does anyone have tips on how to get a higher rate?
