Definitely going down the wrong road. I like everything in writing as I don't trust the DWP or any government department.

The receipt of an important document must and should be put in writing and not by text.
Where's your proof that they received it if you deleted the text?0 -
The way to avoid the DWP sending texts to you is to simply not give them your mobile number.0
