Tesco wine code fail?

Hi, I bought 2 x cases of red wine - 12 bottles in total costing just over £50 which were already discounted, and I was able to use the code and got my extra points :rotfl:. Did you buy 2 x cases totalling 12 bottles? If not maybe that was the reason you didn't get the extra points initially :undecided.

Hi, yes I bought 12 bottles in total - 2 x cases each containing 6 bottles of red wine. Each case of 6 had to be the same wine; not a combination of different makes. Hope this helps :question:

I ordered wine in Feb 2014 and was told that the points would be on May's statement but they were not. I tried contacting MSE and was told I had to go to the Forum. I need the answer from MSE! I went through correct process to order the wine but it has been the devil of a job to try and get MSE to sort. It makes you think is there any point in using the site if the promises are not kept and you cannot get an answer! I contacted Tesco and they said it was MSE's problem.
