I would turn up at your old place of work and call them and ask where everybody is!

I'm not sure on the legal bits to this, so someone will be along shortly to advise you further. I *think* it's a bit of a 'like it or lump it' situation, but it's shoddy that they haven't informed you!0 -

Its about half an hour journey but had the job been where it is when i first was interviewed, i would have never have taken it due to the location. And no, havent had no contact days.0

Its unlikely then that it would be deemed to far for redundancy. As for discrimination it could be construed as this but what it would get you I am not sure (but not alot I guess as 30 mins isn't alot)

op you may be able to claim additional cost for milage due to relocation to a new office. ( i got mine for 2 years)credit card bill. £0.00
overdraft £0.00
Help from the state £0.000 -
I dont want to travel to the new location! Iv been with the company 2 years this september. Apparently they asked everyone (in the office) if they would/wouldnt mind relocating. I dont know what was offered if you didnt want to relocate. Can i not be made redundant?0

I think you would have to argue 30 minutes is too much too travel in regards to child care and then maybe redundancy would be an option they would put to you?Bad luck breeds bad luck.
Damn I'm doomed.0
